The Healthiest Diet of All

But this time, I finally believe that I have hit on the absolute best. The Mediterranian Diet seems so right when you try it and I suggest you do. The basics are simple, almost obvious and the tastes involved are wonderful. I love olive oil anyway and that’s a basic part of it. I grow a lot of my own salad so the diet is a natural for me. One of the side benefits is the amount of fiber in the fruits and vegetables that are basic building blocks. the consequence is that my natural difficulty with getting my colon to move is a thing of the past.
